APPOINTMENT POLICY

We truly value your time and ours. While we understand that unexpected situations happen, these policies help us stay on schedule and provide the best possible care for our patients.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS

As a courtesy, we send text reminders before your appointment. Please confirm your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

LATE ARRIVALS:

·         10 minutes late: Your exam may be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time.

·         15 minutes late: Your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or considered a no-show and subject to the applicable no-show fee.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Less than 24 hrs notice and no-shows will result in a $50 fee
